Reception’s World Book Day

What a fantastic day we had celebrating World Book Day! Everyone had fun coming to school dressed as their favourite characters from books. From brave adventurers to magical creatures, it was wonderful to see every costume.

Throughout the day, children enjoyed sharing stories with their friends and teachers. They enjoyed listening to stories from Claire at Cogito Books.

In addition to the fun costumes and stories, Reception had the chance to get creative and make their very own Mixed-Up Fairy Tales. Combining characters, settings, and plots from their favourite stories, they created some truly imaginative tales!
