The Runaway Pea at Hexham Book Festival

Reception enjoyed their visit to listen to The Runaway Pea. They created actions for the story and then made their own plates of peas. It was brilliant seeing how differently they all came out - from party peas with hats, to birthday cakes, peas with sunglasses and more!

In school, Reception also enjoyed Stay and Play this week, measuring items and themselves linked to Superworm and releasing more butterflies into the world!
