Y4 - Electricity Experiment

Over the last few weeks, Y4 have been using the micro-bits to investigate circuits. They worked in small teams to code the micro-bits to light up and buzz when they were part of a complete circuit. They then investigated which materials were conductors and which were insulators by adding items into the circuits. This week, Y4 were challenged to create a switch for their micro-bit. Using card, split pins and paperclips, they created switches which opened and closed allowing the electricity to pass through the circuit when the switch was pressed.
