Y2 Dengineers
Today children were challenged to design and create their own den! They explored different shapes, sizes and the best way to build a sturdy structure. Y2 used their plans to build the den using paper straws and masking tape. Finally, they evaluated their design and structure.
“I might use a cylinder shape for the body if it is windy.” Kimberley
“I think a pyramid shape for the roof would be best, especially it started to rain!” Arthur.
